We used this lawyer for the sale and purchase of our home. We needed a bridge loan and wanted some things payed off from the proceeds of the sale. They didn’t pay off anything as instructed and screwed up the bridge loan so as we thought we were missing $ 100,000. Not worth the money they charge and would definitely not recommend them.
