Brian Greer’s Tin-Ceilings Walls & Unique Metal

Update: The manager has finally decided to refund the price of the border, less a 20% restocking fee. Given this new set of circumstances, I have revised my rating.
We are in the process of an $ 80,000 home office remodel. As part of this remodel, we chose a tin ceiling and border from Brian Greer. The color we chose for both was Antique Brass, and obviously, the ceiling tiles were supposed to match the border tiles. It was clear when the purchase was made that all of the tiles were to be used for the office ceiling. My designer placed the order on 3/​22, and the order finally arrived on ⁵⁄₁₂. After waiting for almost two months, the tiles aren’t even close in color to the border. It’s clear that the base color of each are different. In fact there are two stacks of the border in the box and each stack is a different color from the other. The quality control is absolutely not there, and the worst part is that Brian Greer refuses to stand behind his product and give us a refund on the border material. He was very belligerent and refuses to take any corrective action that would make this right. I highly recommend that you not use this company when ordering tin of any sort.
