Over the phone, we were given a quote of $ 350, which included $ 160 carpet charge, $ 190 parts/​labour. When my mom drove in, a 45 minute drive, she was told it would be $ 760, as they had to drive out to our house and added a bunch of uneccessary costs as well. They were taking advantage of my Mom’s good nature and we are not using their service. I would call around and you’ll likely get better service. Our local store/​affiliates will be helping us far better than these scam artists.
