The PC Room

I was pretty convinced that my computer was toast. It was 5yrs old and worked well but it sounded like a helicopter and if you put your arm near the fan you likely would’ve gotten a burn… Yes, it was just that hot. *yikes*
I tried taking the laptop to another larger computer repair shop and they told me that it would cost more to troubleshoot it than what the computer was worth. Another repair co told me that likely the motherboard was toast and fixing the fan wouldn’t be worth it.
I’m so glad I didn’t give up hope. I came to pc room. First, they don’t charge you to troubleshoot the problem. Which as a business was a lot of their time spent, not getting paid. Second, George called me and gave me s really candid opinion of what he could or could not do for the computer. He gave honest feedback and didn’t over promise. I really felt like I was in good hands– he seemed knowledgeable, honest and quick.
Third: this guy totally delivered!!! My computer is soooooo quiet and works beautifully. It doesn’t overheat, even after being on for 8−10hrs straight!
Fourth: totally affordable. At the potential cost of having to buy a new computer, for a little cash I have what feels like a new computer.
Would 100% recommend pc room. Disregard that the building looks like a shack.

The PC room is great. I’m mildly challenged by computers. I brought my laptops in with what I thought was a problem. The guy gave me great advice, clarified my problem in language I could understand, cleaned up my computers, and sent me on my merry way, no charge. I’ll go back.

Small IT service store located in Gladstone Avenue, they do all type of repairs to your computer /​laptop. We got a couple of second hand laptops there at a really good price, and they run perfectly.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they solve your problems in a short time always with a smile in their face!

I’ve shopped at The PC Room many times over the years and recently picked up a MacBook. I would recommend giving these guys a call if don’t want to pay full retail prices for a PC, Mac, or laptop.
It’s also a great place if you need any type of computer repair because they provide a free estimate.
