I’m going to be honest, Thai Express is my favourite fast food restaurant.
I will NEVER go to this one again, even though I work right beside it.
The service is slow, and the food is just awful. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try a few different dishes on different occasions and with different cooks. They were all done horribly.
The rice is clumpy and mushy, the noodles are dry, there’s never enough sauce, or when they put sauce it’s the wrong spice. Their medium is sometimes non-​existent and their mild is spicy. I actually felt a bit sick after eating here every time, the food leaves such a horrible after taste and makes you feel disgusting all over
I had so many high hopes and was so excited when this location arrived… But it ended up being a HUGE disappointment and I will never return to this location and I will never recommend it.
I will brave the mall and go to the one out of the way and down the road instead.

I am a big fan of thai express, however this location seemed like it was playing catch-​up. I waited 20 mins for my order with two people in front of me in the line. I’ll be going to the mall location next time :/

Their food is always great and this one is closer than the St. Laurent mall if you live by trainyards. I also do like that I can now avoid the crazy mall crowds when all I want is some thai express.
