I went to get a mani-​pedi about a year ago and was disappointed at the professionalism of the owner. The girl working on me was lovely but the owner kept coming over and telling her she was spending too much time on my pedi and then actually sat down and criticized how she was doing my mani. She literally told the girl to stop and brought someone else in to show her how to do it. I found it so unprofessional and rude. The entire time I was there I felt like the owner was hovering and nosy. I walked out swearing I would never return to a business that treats their employees so rudely. I am interested in the treatments they offer and am always tempted to return but each time I think of that experience I am turned off all over again.
