Red Flag was a game, set, match for me. None of the other alarm system companies would do what they did and at the quality/​value/​price that they did.
For the game, they first fished all network, telephone, and alarm cabling throughout the building. For the set, they put everything in the exact places I wanted, and for the match, installed the alarm system.
After several months, they replaced the faulty battery at no charge.
Although I had a billing problem, they quickly resolved it, and I remain a fan.
