Love this local place! Best gluten free crust I’ve had in Ottawa. Super fresh and fast delivery. Great options for pizza combinations as well. Don’t find the prices to be too high either.

Best pizza i had this year!
Dough: 9⁄10 not too thin not too thick great taste and crispy enough.
Toppings: 10⁄10 fresh toppings great quality
Generosity: 9⁄10 first time it’s not 10⁄10 because they were too generous! There was too much cheese on the pizza. such a good quality cheese though!!!
Delivery time: less than 30 min.

Ordered three pizzas for delivery to the Delta Hotel. Amazing pizza!!! We got meat lovers, deluxe, and pepperoni. All were fantastic. Highly recommended. Great customer service. Quick delivery. We were very happy.

This place gets 4 stars for service. Ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would take 40 minutes, which is reasonable and the driver was at my door in less than 30! In addition, the pizza was still so hot when I got it that it was almost too hot to handle. Now, for the pizza itself. I wouldn’t say this is the greatest pizza I’ve ever tasted, but it definitely beats the pants off of most lower-​end chains and the price is definitely right! Would recommend this to anyone wanting a late night fix or just a grease fix at a reasonable price for a decent product. Well done, Isabella!

The best poutine ever. The ingredients taste super fresh, the cheese is delicious, fries double fried so it’s super extra crispy, the gravy is flavorful and not too salty like most places. Delicious

The guy takes my orders was very rude, soon as he heard my US telephone number he told me they don’t deliver in my area… I hadn’t even given him the address!
For reference I was 5 minutes /​2 miles from his store.
Avoid this place if you are visiting Ottawa!

Great pizza, I go here all the time. I usually get a small pizza + pop for $ 7 (tax included!). The toppings are generous and fresh. Crust is great. Owners are super friendly!

Got a large pizza decent price and literally one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! The manager I dealt with was super nice and cracked a couple jokes, which during my half awake state went over my head, he waited until I got the joke (s) and we had a laugh about it, definitely gonna come here again!

I don’t have anything bad to say about my experience with Isabella Pizza! I ordered over the phone and went into the store 15 minutes later to find my pizza waiting for me. I was surprised to find that my small pizza came with a can of pop, and was only $ 7 (not consistent with what their website indicated). Very good price in my opinion. The service was quick and friendly, and the pizza was delicious! It’s the kind of pizza that isn’t overly greasy and doesn’t make you feel guilty after eating it… I will be returning!

This place gets a five star for value; and a three star for quality of pizza. (Averaging at 4). Decent pizza at great prices. I like the 80’s style diner café look. I haven’t tried the many other items on the menu, and I will update if I do.

Isabella Pizzeria is a decent sized pizzeria on Isabella near O’Connor. At first I was a bit put off by the 80’s look of the restaurant, but I quickly learned that the look is part of it’s charm. Rows of VHS movies line the front window, and the store is equipped with a VHS player with TV to watch old classics.
We ordered the large pizza and wings combo and I was blown away by the food. The pizza tasted perfect: not too greasy, not too crunchy, just the right amount of cheese. The wings were cooked to perfection and good quality meat. The price was sort of on the low side of typical where a large pizza, 3 drinks and 20 wings was $ 28.50. We ate in restaurant and the food arrived reasonably quickly.
They do other standard pizza shop fare such as subs, pasta, fries, all of which I’m told is fantastic.

Best pizza in Ottawa. Depending on the direction you’re heading it can be a hassle to drive to, but you won’t be disappointed once you make here.
Plain and simple their pizza is what pizza should be, delicious. Also, don’t forget to ask for their fresh cut fries, I’d put their fries up against any in the city.

Next time you find yourself driving by Isabella Pizza — or if you work in the neighbourhood — do yourself a favour and stop in. Great pizza — great specials — amazing hand cut fries (better than — or just as good as — any chip wagon). Service is friendly and the menu has pretty much something for all tastes. I’ve had the pizza, club sandwich, chicken burger and wings — all have been great — and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend these guys.

I’m very picky about pizza because I think I make the best one for my families taste. The reason I started making my own was that I couldn’t find one in Ottawa that I could trust. But this place as a fantastic pizza! Good dough, cheese and simple ingredients. Very good!
