Service was nice and delivery was fairly fast. Did not enjoy the pizza. The chicken burrito was not that great either. The French fries where ok for take out.

There is no way to downplay this absolutely pathetic experience. We arrived around 8pm. I recommended this great local pizza place to my date because we wanted pizza. We waited at the front counter for a take out menu, which wasn’t readily available. We made a simple pizza order with some fries($ 8 for fries is ridiculous, but that’s the least of their concerns). The cashier said it would be about 20 minutes, so we sat down. There were two other tables of customers(a couple and a family). There were also two tables of staff members and their families(4 – 6 staff members and 3 – 4 kids). The staff were jumping between serving their customers and getting the kids ice cream, socializing with each other, making themselves Caesars, etc. A group of 3 – 4 men came in for another table. In total, that’s a max of 12 customers in this restaurant that can seat 50 – 60, so they were not busy. By 8:30pm, one of the staff members who had been sitting with their family asked us if we had ordered yet. We said yes. Suddenly, the staff table jumped up from their table and rushed into the kitchen. One of the women(not the one who took our order) came out to ask what we had ordered. She came back a second time to apologize and say the kitchen was busy and it wouldn’t be too much longer. Around 8:40pm the cashier who took our order came to ask what our order was and offer us some pops on the house($ 0.50 in drinks for making your customers wait double the time you quoted doesn’t seem sufficient, but whatever). Then another woman came to ask us what our order was and if it was for eating in or take out. At 8:50pm, one of the women brought us the pizza… on a serving tray. We said it was to go. She brought it back to the kitchen to put it in a box and brought it to us with their garlic dipping sauce. Now we were waiting on fries, which took another 5 minutes. Finally, we had our complete order, and they apologized for the restaurant being so busy(but apparently not busy enough for the staff members to actually work before a customer was waiting for half an hour). We got the food home. The fries were good, but again, ridiculously over-priced at $ 8 for what was probably 3 or 4 potatoes worth of fries. The pizza was not what we had ordered, leaving my date unable to eat it due to allergies. If you’re keeping track, we waited an hour for pizza and fries… that were wrong and inedible. In all, a completely unacceptable, unprofessional, pathetic experience. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is because I am *hoping* this was just a bad day for an otherwise good restaurant.

Went here to check out the new karaōke nights on Wednesdays(I’m a karaōke junkie, what can I say?), and I was pretty pleased. Service was decent. The server was very attentive. Unfortunately, a less than pleasant customer got angry at the server for reasonably cutting her father off from drinks. He was stumbling around and had had quite a bit to drink. The serve was being reasonable in my opinion. Either way, the daughter did not take it well and had some very choice words for the server that were not deserved. The food was good, but not amazing. My friend ordered the spinach dip which was an amazing price($ 5.50), and while the menu says it is served with«soft naan bread», my friend received nacho chips on one side and toasted bread pieces on the other. The spinach dip was soup-like in consistency and was more oily than anything. It had more of a garlic taste than a spinach taste. My friend did enjoy it, but after about half was starting to feel kind of gross from the oil. The highlight of the night was the zucchini sticks. The order you get is huge(a good 20+ little zucchini sticks), and what I liked is that the sticks are smaller than your average zucchini stick. They weren’t uniform so you had all different sizes of zucchini sticks. The coating on them was nice. I think they were actually taken and coated in bread crumbs and then cooked. Either way, they were delicious. I ordered a small cheese pizza as we had heard good things about their pizza. After the hype and actually having the pizza, I was a bit disappointed with what I got. There was too much sauce I found, so the cheese kept sliding off. The crust was okay, but nothing spectacular. I’ve definitely had better. The pizza itself tasted good and my fiancé enjoyed it, but I wasn’t completely satisfied with it. The price wasn’t bad for it though($ 9). Overall, I had a good experience and I would go back. Perhaps try a pizza with more toppings than just cheese and see if I’m more satisfied with that.

grazie burger is dry and had a strange off taste to the hot peppers they put in it. 2 pounds of wings was not.

We took a friend there for her birthday breakfast. We’d heard good things; however, a world of disappointment was in store for us. Renos suck. You can close your doors, get the job done as quickly as you can, or you can stay open and half-ass everything, ensuring your clients don’t care to come back to see the finished product. Seeing as they picked the latter, I don’t have much to say. Their coffee machine wasn’t up and running but we got charged for coffee with our breakfast anyway. Two cheese, bacon and mushroom omelettes came to the table without cheese and with ham instead of bacon. Home fries were limp and greasy. Fruit offered as part of the dish was merely a garnish. Sausages were delicious. I’d like to know who their supplier is. Server was delightful and apologetic, kind to the baby in our party. We ended up going elsewhere for coffee in the name of birthday fun. Overall, a disappointing experience. A menu full of promise, but it ends there.

Came here with some good friends of mine for breakfast. Not only is there lots of selection on the menu, but there are a lot of really healthy options. I decided to try out their protein packed oatmeal with some chia seeds and hemp– they add some fresh berries to it as well and it was really DELISH! Glad to see that there is a pace like this, especially in the Bells Corners neck of the woods. They have lots of selection for everyone, meat eaters as well as vegetarians will enjoy this great little place. Not only is this little gem good for your taste buds, but your wallet will appreciate it as well, they are very well priced– actually, they might just have the cheapest quality breakfast in town. I would recommend this place to everyone. As my buddy Aaaaaaaaarnald would say — «I’ll be baack». :)

so here’s a new«diner» in the bells corners area — $ 4.99 for two poached eggs, bacon, home fries, fruit, and(1) coffee… and toast. Great, Great Deal… it’s new and the food is good. honestly, the owner is very passionate about his restaurant and wants to do well and please his customers… never ran a restaurant before and you can tell, he just needs some of the finer details sorted out. if he hired a pro for a week to teach his staff, the«secrets» to be better organized etc. this place would knock it out of the park. and some uniforms would help, and by uniform i mean a t-shirt with your name on it good luck
