I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure and was surprised by how clean everything was! However, the service was terrible. They were understaffed and kept having to pause my mani/​pedi to attend to another client or to answer the phone. I had several different girls attending to me throughout my manicure and pedicure and one of them saw my texting and talking on my phone as a go ahead to constantly pause doing my nails to talk/​text on her phone. The service was really bad and initially would have brushed this off if the end product was nice, but it wasn’t — my «gel manicure» peeled within the same week. While the place was extremely clean and nicely set up, I will not be coming back to Fantasy Nails. (+ the prices aren’t exactly the same as stated on their website.)

First set of false nails I’ve gotten Ottawa, I chose Fantasy Nails… Based on Facebook reviews.
I definitely wasn’t disappointed, nails turned out great and for a good price too!
The lady was a bit more chatty than I would have liked, but she did a great job :)
Definitely not «over the top» service, but it was quiet and the nails were done well.

This place is great. Service was stellar, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was super clean. I had a manicure and my nails shellacked and I am really happy with the end result
