Buyer beware! I was asked to leave my IPhone 5S for 2 days to have it unlocked at the Cellular X kiosk. 3 weeks later my phone was still not ready for pick up and there was no explanation. The manager was rude and defensive. I finally contacted the police who tracked my(stolen) phone and it was returned 6 months later. Then the manager refused to refund the $ 146 I originally paid in cash to unlock the phone. Finally after threatening small claims court, I was refunded the money. Worst service ever!
