Cottam seems great but his staff is horrible. I have been through absolute hell dealing with Paula Larson. She likes to drag her feet when submitting things to insurance and the last two times she just did it out of threatening to contact someone higher and left out a bunch of information I already had done, or she never told me to get done. Avoid this at all possible if you have to go through insurance until they get a new staff.

I’ve only been here once to have my body composition test and RMR done. The staff were really nice and helpful, and the price for the test was reasonable. I wish the test results would explain things more in detail, but you have to pay for a specialist to interpret and discuss the results with you. I opted out of that and was content with what I got.
