I would like to give 0 stars but am unable through this site. First thing first, at the end of last pool season our pump died. The very helpful guys that were closing the pool looked at it and suggested it could be an easy fix and to let them know at the beginning of the next season. I started calling in March letting them know I would need my pump fixed, they told me I had to open my pool first. When the workers came to open the pool they asked us if we knew our pump was broken?! I had even emailed them pictures of the pump. My husband went into the store and ordered a new pump and a new Heater over $ 2,000 worth of equipment to be installed the first appointment in two weeks. I phoned to confirm the times as I had to confirm I had a gas person on site to complete the final hook up. I was told the installation would be complete no later than 11am. My husband then called on the Saturday to confirm any parts our gas technician would need. The HOLIDAYMONDAY: 10:30 still no one on site(other than my gas guy) I phoned and was informed that I was now the afternoon appointment and the installation would happen no later than 1pm, with 0 apologies.(I still have my gas guy on hold) 2:30STILL A NOSHOW: I drive to the store and ask for a manager, the girl goes to the office and I see(who I can only imagine as the owner) wave her off. Another staff member asks what I need, I explain my situation and I get the girl who doesn’t remember telling me I was the first booking that day. AYKM! Another manager comes by and seems somewhat apologetic and then confirms they will be at my place in an hour. My husband just wanted the pool open so I took them at their word and tried to shrug off the belittlement I had experienced. 4:30 still no technicians My gas guy is no longer available and he kindly saved an entire holiday Monday waiting for my call, I felt so embarrassed. 4:35 my husband called the store, he was informed that they were heading to our house in 5minutes. 5 minutes too late … we cancelled our order.
