Best classes, and I love that you don’t have to bring a mat or towel. Definitely my favourite place for yoga; all around great classes.

Hands down, this is probably one of the best yoga studios in Oakville, except for whatever reason, my two favorite instructors (Nicole and Wadood) no longer teach there. This is a yoga studio that knows how to treat their clients. I love how this place offers complimentary Jade (yes JADE!!) yoga mats, sweat towels, and shower towels for your use. No need to worry about laundering these items, as that is all taken care of. The change rooms are spacious and very clean (there are 5 – 6 shower stalls and plenty of room to get dressed), and the hot room is beautiful, and of course, steaming hot!

This place is awesome! I went to a free class on their 3 year anniversary and will definitely be signing up (and bringing a friend). Their classes are fun and lively. I felt myself really laughing and having a good time in this studio.
Plus the atmosphere and surrounds are very eye catching!
