I’m just writing a review just for the sake of a review because I just recently visited here on Christmas Eve to get a pair of runners for my dad as a present. Lawrence Plaza was packed and was surprised that the specials didn’t blow people away for people to shop there.
The store hasn’t changed since the last time I visited there. It’s just a store at best. Only one person came by to ask if we needed any help and she didn’t seem willing to help. I had found a shoe size for my dad but unfortunately there was only one shoe and she didn’t bother trying to find the other shoe.
I remember the Shoe Company used to bust your chops for your address to add to their junk mail database. I think that has stopped since the cashier only asked for my air miles card. So that was a large improvement to the company.
All in all, the store is just ok. Can’t say it blew me away nor could it have stunk. SO it was MEH!
