This guy is a degenerate, save yourself and do not come here. With all the lawyers in the city, this guy should not be an option. He is a thief, a liar, unorganized, doesn’t value his client’s time, and has nothing to offer you, other than some bullshit excuses.
His staff follows suit and are equally terrible… they’ve learned from the worst. They don’t answer your calls, make false promises, and give you the run around every time in order to avoid doing any actual «work». God forbid you actually get your moneys worth from a lawyers office these days.
Here are some tips for Shapiro and office:
— Considering this is Canada and our first language is English, it would be great if your staff spoke English and could communicate over the phone… that’s the thing you use to call people with
— When telling the time we refer to a «watch» or a «clock». Pro tip: you can even tell the time by looking at your phone (we just went over this, its the thing you use to call people… stay with me here)
— Calendars are more than just pictures, we can tell the date from them
With the tips above, your staff will be able to communicate with clients, tell time, use a calendar and schedule clients in correctly.
