The pros: Very nice owner! If you call him at midnite he’ll do what he can to help you and at a very inexpensive cost! And he’s more knowledgeable than most on all things computer.
The cons (are you ready?): His English is like a 7/​10, good enough and understandable but you sometimes struggle to understand each other. He built me a computer and told me that it had 2 500gb hard drives, with one acting as a backup of the other, cool. I was thinking, I’d rather have the full 1TB to use but I’m sure 500gb is enough. It was enough. But when the power surge hit and I didn’t have a power bar, my computer was fired and my expert friend who looked at my computer told me that it was wired SO BADLY that both hard drives were fried, when they weren’t supposed to be, he just configured it wrong! So I lost allllll of my documents and work, which sucks because I am a video editor. He screwed up, costed me thousands.
Unfortunately, but understandably, business took its toll on him and he now operates out of his home in I think Brampton. He can still be reached at the phone number on the
web site and I guess I would call him if I need an emergency part or anything, but man oh man I learned my lesson, don’t entrust everything to him when it comes to computers.
