I ordered flowers for my little niece. The man on the phone was friendly and helpful. But the final result was so ugly. I only found out because my sister actually asked how much I spent because she felt the delivered product was so ugly. I ended up asking her for a photo and it indeed was far less than what I would have picked out at a convenience store. Not sure if they didn’t card because I was calling long distance. But I will never order again from these people. Plus they messed up the delivery time, after they specifically agreed to a particular time of the day. It was even written on the flowers and they still messed if up. Very disappointed. Especially because the man steered me away from an arrangement I had in my head. Good thing my niece is only 5 and was just plain happy with anything.

I ordered for a bday gift and what they received was not what i order. only part of what i order and they had nothing to say about it.
and the only reason i found out was I was sent a picture of what they received. the shop didnt call to notify that they didn’t have enough of them they just sent what they had and didnt say anything … and when i called the several days later, all they had to say was ” didnt have enough ” so they only sent half and they still charged me the full price…
cleary very dishonest… will never deal with this shop ever again. i have also past this information on…

Great service — easily accommodated last minute requests for balloons. Had to wait a few extra minutes to pick up my order and they have me a free box of chocolate truffles. Helped me carry the order to my car, etc. just generally had a really good experience there.

Here is a business that truly understands customer service. I’ve been getting flowers for my Grandmother for years through them. They are always easy and pleasant to deal with and have always delivered excellent flowers that last and last and last.
