Was not treated here and would not return.
This place is connected to the drug store in the same mall. Went in here on a Saturday and it wasn’t busy at all. The receptionist listened to me explain my injury and then rather curtly said «we’re not a walk-​in clinic; it says so on the sign outside.» I checked at the entranceway and there’s no such sign and it looks like a walk-​in clinic.
No offer of a card or to book an appointment. I feel that a receptionist at a medical centre should have a more professional, caring demeanor.
Luckily, I already have a doctor because I think the attitude you get at reception can sometimes give you a sense of the doctors’ priorities.

I went in for help with mental illness and to talk about how to start the process for ODSP. It was the first meeting and DR Kline had a bunch of questions which is completely normal. However I found him to be judgmental and accusatory. It really seemed like he thought I was a lier just trying to take advantage of the system or something. When I asked him to look at the paper work OW gave me to give to my doctor he flipped out and said he couldn’t sign anything he could lose his licence. One of the forms was a Consent to Release Medical Information. Nothing anyone is losing a licence over. It’s just to help me let OW know what’s going on. This doctor really made me feel horrible and triggerd a huge panic attack. This is not how you treat someone looking for help.
