Went to a ton of different stores trying to find inline indoor skates. Sport stores did not have the staff who could speak to what we needed or wanted. Went to Time Out just as the closed and hadn‘t locked the door. The staff very graciously spent time us and explained everything we needed to know. They are the perfect skates for my son and he loves them. We also feel confident about the purchase and appreciate the excellent service. Recently went in to return a product that had some problems. The owner and staff went above and beyond in their customer service. Great store, amazing staff and fantastic service.

Great hockey store with lots of selection. They do skate sharpening just the way I like, and they do them really fast. Been shopping there over 7 years now.

Good guys that have actually played hockey unlike the other «hockey store» in North Van. They have a great selection of gear. Service is always solid. Just normal, which is all I’m looking for when I buy gear. They tell me when they haven’t tried a stick, but feedback has been good or bad and they’ve seen x many returns on broken ones. I’m fairly knowledgeable on hockey gear and have never been lied to or oversold.
And they don’t try to close a deal by throwing in a roll of tape or take unknowing mom’s to the cleaners… I just upgraded to 5 stars.

Small sporting goods shop in North Vancouver. They specialize in lots of hockey/​skating gear. I also saw goods for soccer and baseball. Staff was pretty nice and they offered help if we needed it. The shopping experience was pleasant.
