These guys are definitely pros at some things: 1) Cancelled appointments 2) No shows 3) Calling at 10:30pm on a Sunday night to book an appointment. After 4 attempts at an appointment, I just wrote off my LivingSocial coupon as a lesson learned. After reading more reviews, I wouldn’t want these guys anywhere near my roof!

I spotted this service through an ethicalDeal offer in November of 2012, and recommended to my 82-yo father that he purchase the coupon for roof cleaning services. After a week of attempts to reach the company through a number that had a full voicemail box, and not ever getting through to a live human, we contacted ethicalDeal to ascertain this company would still honour its coupon. They informed us that the owner had been hospitalized and would contact my father as soon as possible, but if we had any concerns, ethicalDeal would offer a refund. The owner did contact my father eventually, and said he would send someone along for an appointment in December. However no one showed up. It is now the end of January, 2013, and after several more attempts to contact the company for an appointment, we are giving up. I have just contacted ethicalDeal for a refund. This type of experience is not only unfortunate but unacceptable. I’ve since seen offers through Groupon or LivingSocial from this company. Do not bother. I’ll also be filing a report with the BBB in order to make sure this company’s practices are on their radar.

After over a month trying to book our groupon service, we finally got thru to them & made an appointment. They charged us extra for additional services(fair enough — these were optional) but also charged a mystery ‘Groupon Fee’ and charged for things that should have been included based on the ad. They completed only 75% of the work(it got dark), left garbage on the roof blocking an air vent, and took their tip without a blink of an eye. After inspection the next day, we raised the concern to them that the work was incomplete. Several emails of «we’re sorry we’ll be by soon to rectify this»…over TWO months later & no resolve. And they’ve just run another ad on Living Social. In addition, they will add you to a distribution list to promote their services(without your permission), and will send the email list without BCC, so your email will be disclosed to everyone. These are the facts. You decide if that’s the kind of business you want to deal with.

I am very displeased with this company. I bought a coupon for their services 2 months ago, it took forever to get them to return my calls and emails to book a service. When they finally got back to me we booked a time and day and they stood me up! No one showed up or called me. I booked again, confirmed the night before and guess what? They stood me up AGAIN!!! No one called, emailed or anything like that to explain. Just hire someone else.
