These people behaved in a completely irresponsible manner. Completely unacceptable and dangerous. Here’s why: I took my work jacket in and asked them to clean it with a fast turnaround. I then hung it in my closet as I had purchased a second jacket. I took it out six weeks later and the entire lining disintegrated. I then discovered that where the jacket had touched my Lululemon hoodie, this had also disintegrated. Went back to them and showed them the lining and the woman started repeating, «No fault. No fault. Not do…» So we shook the jacket to show what had happened to it, and the lining fell to dust on the counter. At this point the woman started screaming hysterically and saying she would call the police. Her husband and presumably daughter were there too. I am taking this up with whatever dry cleaning authorities/​organizations I can find, the BBB and consumer rights organizations. These people ruined my clothes. Their denial and demeanour was absolutely disgusting.
