Had a similar experience they claimed the pants would take two days however it took over a week. They send out the dry cleaning so not at all reliable. They didn’t care they were so late and also created new crease lines. Would never go back

Friendly but unreliable. Was told that my suit would be ready on Saturday. Went to pick it up on Tuesday only to be told it would be ready after 4pm. I was offered 50% off. The discount was NOT applied to my bill when I picked up my suit the next day. I will go elsewhere. Prices are average.
