I used Nordic for more than 20 years, but recently stopped after a very disappointing experience. I had them in to clean my carpets, and when finished there were two major problems. First, there were new large yellow stains on the carpet. Second, there were areas where significant portions of the carpet wear had accelerated and were almost bare!
I understand these things happen, but was very disappointed that their management wouldn’t take any responsibility for these problems or fix them.
This happened 3 years ago (just getting family help in posting now), so hopefully they’ve made changes.
