Love love love this place!!!
All organic and freshly made juices and smoothies.
They also make coffee however I haven’t tired it yet
Super sweet and genuine people and they all make you feel so welcome there. Love the energy they give me every time I walk in.

Great family business, Delicious and clearly organic and love-​filled smoothies and juices. A mom and daughter duo own this place and they are both super informative about what you are getting. They allow dogs in the place which was a nice perk as my friend and I were walking her puppy when we first went in. Only draw back is that it is not a quick process even when there is no line up. Worth it though for the yummy, refreshing, and healthy bevvies.

Love everything about this place. ALL their ingredients are all natural and real. No syrups, no chemicals, all yummy! I normally order their smoothies, but today I had a chai tea with almond milk. Delicious! The fact that they use compostable cups and straws and it’s family owned are great bonuses. Support local!

This is not to far from Lion’s Gate Hopsital. I came here ’cause I wasn’t too jazzed as to what they were serving at the hospital and neither was a friend of mine who was in a car crash residing there short term, therefore, picked her up some super greens and fruit smoothie. I don’t blame her. Do you see the crap that they sometimes serve in hospitals? I appreciated that it was a mom and pop shop with a very helpful knowledgeable staff that is more into taking care of yourself through healthy eating. I like mine basic and refreshing. They were open about allowing me to make some customizations as my friend’s stomach wasn’t doing too well due to the pain killers and loss of appetite. We had a ginger mint kale smoothie. Sounds weird on paper, however, this was super amazing combo. Prices were decent for what they were.

Just had the most amazing smoothie ever. Hands down a million times better than Whole Foods.
And free add-​ons include kale, matcha, parsley, mint, ginger… what?! Yes! Free! I just had a smoothie and added the freebies. Holy crap, it was refreshing. I’m just blown away that they’re so generous with their add-​ons.
I will definitely be back and nowhere else for my smoothie fix.

A small locally owned business with a great selection of organic green juices and smoothies run by a mother/​daughter team! Great friendly atmosphere.

This place is pretty amazing. You can tell the owner, Kat, is extremely passionate and knows her stuff. It’s not just about making tasty drinks, it’s about what goes into your body to nourish and heal. They don’t use dairy in their smoothies, but instead Keffir, which is awesome (although I’m sure you could substitute). I always feel great after a visit, like my conscience has given me a huge pat on the back for not eating crap and making the right choice for my lil body.

There is nowhere better for juice or smoothies. If you go somewhere else, you will only be replacing quality products with sugar and questionable ingredients. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is clean and stylish. I was really happy to have found this place and would take it with me if I could. Don’t miss it!

Tired and hungry but looking for a healthy food option. Cat took me in hand w a wheat grass shot and a made to order specialty smoothie: beets carrots celery cucumber kale raspberry blueberry. Yum! She’s personable helpful and kind. Gave me lots of advice and tips as I start my detox. V affordable for a quality organic smoothies.

I had an amazing organic juice from here, the Rebalance is so tasty! They have a big list of juices and you can make your own AND they’ve got healthy brownies too. say whaaaaaaaaattt!!!
A must when in North Van!

i have been meaning to check out this place for awhile and i’m so glad i finally stopped in. i went for a smoothie (and originally to see if they dispense herbs, which they don’t, really) and ended up staying for quite awhile to talk with the owner, katalin. i mentioned my friend who has had rheumatoid arthritis for half her life and how i hope to help her start doing andreas moritz’s liver cleanse. katalin gave me a book to give her and plenty of advice of things to get doing, in the case she isn’t already. i left super inspired (and with a great zing in my step thanks to the mango/​tumeric/​kefir smoothie) and grateful for the generosity and kindness of someone i had just met! i will definitely make a point of coming in more!

If you work in North Van and you want a real, I mean REAL healthy rejuvenating smoothie that leaves you energized and thinking mmmmm try this little place next to the cop shop off of lonsdale and 14^th,
I have been going to this Mom and Pop shop for a few years, and while they sell an array of tonics and vitamins and are extremely knowledgeable about supplements and naturopathic items and herbs, their juices, coffees and smoothies are where its at.
You have to check this place out! I’ll post some pics when I go grab «The Works»!
