In short, Lorraine got the job done. But the first warning sign should have been her website. It looks like it’s from the 90s and was made by some kid on Geocities. She also lists her secondary office in Port Moody, an actual office. So when my wife and I made a purchase in the area, I thought great, we can meet there. When it was time to sign the documents, she told us to meet at a real estate office no where close to where she claims her Port Moody office to be. As this was our first home purchase, it was important to us so we made sure that we arrived a few minutes early. This meant we had to eat dinner early and fight through rush hour traffic to get there on time. When we got there for our 6pm meeting on a rainy fall evening, the office was completely empty. We were locked out, it was dark, it was rainy and it was cold. She finally arrived at 6:15pm and by that time we had been waiting outside for 20 minutes. When she did arrive, she just rolled up like it was nothing. No apologies and not one reason for being late. Like I said, she got the job done but perhaps she should take a course in customer service. I won’t be recommending her to my family or friends.

I have used Lorraine for years, as have most of my clients. She actually saved a real estate transaction from going sideways & picked up on a huge error that the lawyer representing the seller didn’t even notice!
