I contacted them on behalf of the place I work for to obtain a quote for weekly cleaning of our shared office space.
I sent them an e-​mail and they never got back to me. When it comes to communication I am extremely anal about that, especially when I am looking for quotes during my 9 – 5 as part of my job. Clearly they don’t need our business to even respond within a timely manner. The other places replied the same day (will review them separately).
