I was a long term customer until today…08/27/12. In the last 3 months I have had to take my cars back for them to fix there mistakes.
The old guy there is very rude and told me it was my fault not their fault. My wife’s car nearly ran out of oil after one of their staff couldn’t even put 1 simple oil filter on correctly. He miss threaded it and never got it to seat correctly so it pumped out the oil onto the road not the into engine.

Hesp Automotive was excellent in repairing my BMW and Landrover. They are very efficient and very honest in their estimates. All my family takes their cars there now.
I highly recommend their services. Both Alastair and Rod are great hosts. Their staff is exceptional and very friendly.

These guys are awesome. If you own a Land Rover, you should be taking your vehicle here instead of the dealer for off-​warranty service. The owner is a former Land Rover dealer service manager so he knows his stuff, but he’s also up front and honourable, so he’ll only sell you what you absolutely need. I originally started dealing with them due to a recommendation from the local Land Rover enthusiasts club. I bought my Rover in the US and needed to have the computer programmed to activate daytime running lights for it to pass import inspection. The local factory dealer quoted me about $ 2,000 for their «import package» but they couldn’t justify why they were charging that amount and what exactly they were doing. Hesp charged me for an hour or two of labour to reprogram it. I have since taken my Rover there for all service and have always been very happy with their service, rates, and turnaround times. They are also conveniently located near the SeaBus making them easily accessible from downtown.
