This store is awesome. They have so much beautiful items that will make your place a joy to live in. Plus they have a great refund and exchange policy. And free parking too.

Was at this store and was greeted by a person named Rachel, i beleive. She was nice at first, but upon exit with my purchases, i went to ask her a question regarding my purchase and she was very rude in her approach and was very belittling. Others are nice here, but this person seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and just wanted to make sure everyone knew she was the boss. Will NEVER go back here and will file a complaint with the head office too.
Much to my surprise, i was with my children and upon leaving, my youngest said, boy she was very rude to you and upset. This comes from a 9 year old. go figure that they felt it too.
NEVER AGAIN!!!

I came here on the way to visiting my aunt and uncle to get some towels for myself. I also wanted to check out some shower curtain options that were a little more fun and suited my personality more while remaining basic. Very friendly staff, large location with lots of selection. I was able to check out some accessory options. The prices are little more $$ than across the border naturally but the designs are similar which is appreciated. I did use an e-coupon to get my towels which helped a lot in the tax savings. I bought some natural green laundry soap with no perfumes and dyes. I am allergic to most chemicals and perfumed based products, therefore, I have to be picky about what I use to do laundry. They also carry Method brand soaps. Very transit accessible from downtown.

Yes. Another Bed Bath & Beyond store in Vancouver. This time North Van at a newly developed shopping compound just beside the Capilano Mall.
Just like any 3B store, the staff are excited, friendly and eager to help.
Shopping here is easy, organized and well lit.
Do be aware of the pricing which can get expensive if you know the USA retail cost.
Best to wait for the 20% discount email which comes out from time to time especially one that just came out to celebrate this store’s opening.
