This place makes working out so much fun. The staff, the people that go, the layout of the place. I live in Vancouver and happily drive there for the work outs. Take Jian or Alex’s class! They’re the best!

Oh this place is just fantastic.
The space is beautiful, the people that run the show are delightful and welcoming, and the workouts are legit!
They offer a variety of classes for all fitness levels, each with an adorable name… Ugly Sweaters, Tight Club, Weekend Warriors… and so on. From hardcore classes to yoga, you’re going to find the perfect way to sweat that works for you.
Jian kicked my ass in the nicest way in Weekend Warriors and I can’t wait to go back!
They seem to be pals with some food trucks, and some of the local breweries in North Van. Soooo there could be cool things going on after class too.
The prices are reasonable, $ 16.80 for a drop in and some packages for multiple classes. They are conveniently located just off the number 1 on dollarton, so you won’t get lost. No excuses people!
They boast a community built around movement and I love it. You obviously will too.
