This place is a great place to have a beer with friends or have a meal with the family.
TVs all around, if you watch sports. A great place to watch the games.
The food is great. hotter than hell, chicken wings are, well hot…
Thursday night is half price apps. My go to app is the nachos. And Waterloo dark is my beverage of choice.
The staff is always friendly and helpful.

STAY AWAY. We spent $ 130 after tip. NOT WORTH IT! Uncooked chicken, 45 minute wait for the APPETIZER, and the waitress was not only ignoring our table the entire time, but didn’t even say «I’m sorry».
I ate here for the first time last night and it was probably the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had! Our server (Shar1587…Sher1857??? something like that) didn’t even say «I’m sorry» which would have prevented this post!
My husband, son and I got there at 8:30pm. My parents and our daughter arrived at 8:43pm (they called us so that’s why I know the exact time). We ordered probably at 8:50pm/8:55pm? Our ONE appetizer and our daughter’s kids meal (not even our main food dishes) came out at 9:35pm!!! Our waitress ignored us the entire time we waited (no drink refills, no I’m sorry it’s taking a long time, no it’s coming soon!).
I was worried about my dad (because he is a diabetic and has heart problems, and he was already behind on taking his pills) so when she brought us the appetizer I specifically asked «and all the other stuff is coming out too right?» (my dad had ordered a mere salad) and she said «yes, of course» (kinda rude response, obviously I meant because this just took over 30 minutes). But, of course, the other food did not come out right away. We still had to wait for everything else! It was about 9:45pm and almost an HOUR after ordering when our main dishes arrived. We ate the sampler platter (which my dad and mom can’t really eat because it’s all fried, so they still waited and hour for food).
My husband ate one of the battered chicken pieces on top of the waffle and I tore off the edge of the second piece and ate it. Then I cut the rest of the second piece in half — it that’s when we noticed it wasn’t cooked! Not even half way cooked! I’m pregnant and I maybe just ate uncooked chicken, as well as my husband. I told the waitress the chicken wasn’t cooked and she started to say she would cook it again, but I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes so I just said «no no, it’s fine. I’m just telling you it’s not cooked». Her response… «Ok thanks».
Not once did she say sorry or «omg I’ll tell the kitchen!». nothing. She didn’t care at all!
I don’t think she cared about ANYTHING related to service or food.
Is this normal service for this place?
My husband ordered a lb of wings to go and specifically asked her if it would take a long time. She said no, so we ordered to go (before we were done eating so that it would be ready when we left). We waited at the table… even waiting after we paid… for those wings to come out. We asked her once if they were coming and her response was «yes, we just want to make sure they’re cooked». What a rude response! At this point I didn’t even make eye contact with her, I was so mad. It’s not MY fault you didn’t cook my chicken or even give us for over 30 minutes!
Additionally, this waitress also didn’t refill our waters (we ended up asking for more when she finally reappeared to give us the cheque).
Most people would have expected to at least get the sampler comped, but all I was looking for, was «I’m sorry»; she didn’t say it — not even once!

After waiting 35 min for a table on Friday, my friends and I were seated. During our wait, a disgruntled woman said to a server on her way out «Tell these customers the ribs suck!» that was a forewarning.
I had the chicken and waffles as did my friend, another person at my table had the buffalo wrap, and the fourth person had wings and fries. We all had complaints. the waffles were almost sugar coated in something too sweet, the buffalo wrap was so spicy, it was inedible, and the wings were small, rather sketchy looking and tasted like water. the fries were cold. everything was just bad. We had been about to leave to go to A&W across the street to get a burger and by the end we all wished we had.
