Walmart

I would never think I would be Unilocaling a walmart, but when in Niagara we found ourselves needing some items and ended up at this walmart. Very clean, nice employees, well stocked, overall great store

Pretty much your average Walmart. It has full grocery as well as the normal store. The store is clean and well cared for. They are good at keeping their shelves stocked for the most part.
The staff are nice and helpful. I’ve never had issues with getting help here.
The biggest issue I have had is with the lines. At times they can get very long and take forever. Other then that they are a good place to shop.

«5-​star Walmart all the way»! Like the other reviews mentioned, I could not believe I am actually giving a Walmart 5-​stars! I visited 3 Walmarts during my vacation to Niagara Falls/​Ontario/​Toronto areas. This was my first Walmart to visit in Canada and I was thoroughly impressed! I could not believe my eyes about the following: superb produce (the bushels of kale were enormous… like they were steroid infused… pretty cool), the shelves were well-​stocked, I even found a pair of slippers in my size, excellent customer service and very clean!
If the Walmarts down in my area can get some training from the peeps in Canada, I would probably return more often. The only thing I had a problem with was not Walmart related… I was unable to get cash-​back during purchase with my debit card… not their fault though… my card was not working as a debit and would not allow me to receive cash back. Oh well… not the end of the world!

Hard to believe that I’m giving Walmart a FOUR-​STAR rating?!? Here’s why…
This location appears to be better kept and seems to attract a less-​trashy clientele than it’s Fort Erie counterpart. Which is certainly a plus.
But the main reason is a cashier by the name of Sarah H. She was so sincerely NICE and HELPFUL. Even with less than an hour until closing. You really don’t come across great customer service often these days… especially in big retail chains. I really hope that the store and company recognize what a star they have in Sarah and that other employees choose to follow her example and that Sarah herself never looses that fantastic spirit.

This is a big Walmart that always has a busy parking lot, yet looks empty on the inside because its so gigantic. Is it bad that I like to come here to look at stuff without actually buying anything? I feel like I’m going to end up on the bad end of a people of walmart post. But oh well, I regret nothing.
