My boyfriend and I went to Niagara Falls for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Our first night we stopped here for some drinks. I was impressed. We sat right at the bar and were attended to right away. Our server also kept checking in on us even though it was extremely busy and crowded. She definitely knew how to work the bar. I got a delicious cocktail — Caribbean Peach– Malibu Rum, peach schnapps, pineapple, cranberry juice and my boyfriend got a red lager. We were both very happy and enjoyed ourselves. There was live music too which contributed to the great night atmosphere. Definitely stop here for some good drinks if you have a free night!

Good food, good drink, not perfect but good service. Live music and it was so good. Recommended. I just tried Canadian pizza and lost kiss night drink. They were so good.

Great location and good staff. We sat towards the Windows away from the bar and our waitress made sure to keep up with our empty drinks and requests. Good atmosphere too.

Great drinks, great service, great music!!! Food left something to be desired. Chicken wings had too much breading and were soggy, crudités was a veggie platter with sour cream curry cilantro dip. A little seasoning, at least salt would have gone a long way. The nachos were bland as well. Back to the great! Jessica was awesome!

Drinks here are okay. If you are visiting the falls and staying in the Hilton watch out for tourist fees. This place chargers high tourist fees which should not be applied.

Really cute bar in the Hilton. A lot of fun. Great food, drinks and service. Our waitress was the best. Good music too!

Bar service for a hotel bar is thru the roof! Awesome staff. Janine is amazing. Attentive, always smiling, and spot on with her drinks. These folks work hard. The live bands are great.

One star for the atmosphere and one star for the service. Nothing else about the place deserves a star. They’ve done a great job on the décor and the live music was entertaining. Our server was nice and attentive. The drinks here leave something to be desired. The wine list is down right bad. Nothing but low budget stuff that you might expect in a dive bar. Given how nice this place looked and attached to a major hotel, we expected much better. The mixed cocktails were like something you would receive at an extremely large party. They tasted pre-​mixed and without alcohol. I ordered their specialty Manhattan and seriously questioned if there was any alcohol in it. Switched to an Old Fashioned, but had to give it back because it tasted so bad. I will give the server a lot of credit for not charging me for it. Ended up switching to straight scotch and it became clear why the other drinks were so bad. The pour I got was the smallest I’ve ever seen. Needed to order a double just to get what is a single in most other places.
We got their pizza. It came piping hot. Other than that, there was nothing special about it. Again something you would expect from your local dive bar, but not from this seemingly «nicer place».
Spyce is suffering from a split personality. Atmosphere and service scream «high end». Alcohol and food are all «low budget».

If it wasn’t for the great bands they have playing here, this place would have gotten a much lower rating. Cute bar inside of the Hilton. Good atmosphere to relax after all day meetings, or getting your night started. The first time we came we received awesome service at the bar. The second visit, left a lot of be desired. It was Friday night, place was packed, and they had ONE bartender who was super slow. Took almost 20 min to get a drink. To save time we all just ordered 2 drinks each. I tried the nachos the first visit (dry and bland) and the quesadilla the second (also lacked flavor). The best feature of the bar is the amazing talent. Both nights they had really great local bands playing.

We showed up for last call and weren’t there that long before we were asked to leave. They provided plastic cups for us to take our drinks with us but this felt unnecessary.

We visited this place while up in Niagara for the weekend and I must say the bartenders and servers were very quick even on a busy Saturday night. They had a live band that was pretty good overall good place to spend a night and it wasn’t too pricey

live band, good drinks and food. Alessandra was helpful and friendly and very professional, the kind of waitress that doesn’t use a notepad and remembers everything correctly — very impressive.

was a rainy night– just wish the band kept playing instead of cutting it short because the rain made for few people late at the bar– would have stayed longer if band didn’t decide to cut it short. will return.

This is a BEAUTIFUL lounge located in the lobby of the Hilton on Fallsview.
We were staying at this hotel for a night, and after walking around and finding nothing worthy of trying, we headed back to the lounge we passed by earlier.
It was around 9pm on a Sunday. They had a live band onstage. They did a great job; a blues/​jazz type of music mix.
The bartenders were very attentive and friendly.
The food and drinks were reasonable. I had a large margarita for $ 9.
The atmosphere is was really wins this place a few extra stars. The bar is made of onyx, with light shining through. The chandeliers really add a nice touch and give off a sophisticated, modern vibe.
I would come back here, even if I wasn’t staying at the Hilton (there is access to the lounge, from right off of the street).

Classy cocktail lounge. Entertaining, live music, open seating, great cocktails. Nice for late night drinking after a dinner date. Across the street from the casino.
