My gf and I came here yesterday morning to have breakfast. I love diners so I was excited to come here. From the outside you have no idea what to expect inside. It was pretty cool once we came in. Really big hockey stuff everywhere. The service was amazing and fast. The portions were huge !! We got 3 eggs, toast, home fries, bacon, and 2 hugeeee pancakes. Everything was amazing but the home fries were a little to bland. Other then that we loved everything else.

Don’t let the exterior sway you… this is the best breakfast at such a great price for Niagara. The staff is super friendly and the food is fast, tasty and huge portions!

Great greasy spoon food. The portions are very generous(couldn’t finish my plate) and prices are very reasonable. The service was outstanding, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some good diner food; we’ll definitely be going back!

Our Waitress was the best as we(group of 4) didn’t know what the«peameal bacon» was, she described the bacon and the back story of it. She then gave us a sample of the peameal bacon to try before ordering! We ordered the Eggs Benedict and was asked how we wanted the eggs(rare, medium, well), which is based on the runny-ness of the egg yolk; one order with the peameal bacon and one with regular bacon. Also ordered Egg sampler with the Pancakes and a regular western Omelet. All the food was eggs-cell-ent!!! The service was a friendly place with Hockey memorable all over the place, even with different hockey teams on the coffee cup. Overall: The food and service was just awesome and would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone to go for the breakfast experience!

What a great experience! Food was amazing and service was extremely quick and friendly. The hockey(and all sport) memorabilia was incredible to look at. Oh yeah, the fourth all time leading NHL point getter was hanging around telling stories to all who want to listen. It’s hard to find so use your gps and make sure you don’t miss out on this little gem. I’ll be visiting every time I’m in the niagara area from now on.

I cannot believe anyone would give this place anything less than 4 stars. …the food is great. I understand it’s not over the top amazing. But it is great and extremely affordable. I ordered the Supreme sandwich… which is basically a BLT w egg made frm fresh homemade bread. It was so filling not at all greasy like other places. The portion sizes are huge and they don’t mind you sharing plates. Lisa I think one of the owners name is was amazing. She’s so personable funny and polite. She makes you feel like you’ve known her for years. I think the customer service is one of the main reasons people come here. It’s a family run business and they’re so organized and efficient. I can literally say this is the best resturant I’ve ever been to. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!

I must not have gone to the right restaurant because somehow my thoughts are drastically different than most. I usually save my appetite and cross the border to our neighbours in Buffalo for breakfast. I am in love with Five Points but can definitely settle for Sophia’s as well. On this fine day, I’ve decided to stay home and try this fine establishment. The reviews are glowing the space is extremely unique. There’s this awesome hockey store right beside this joint that is a hockey fans paradise! Anyhow, what did I think of the food? One word sums it up; MEH! What you get is any plain old John Doe toasts, «My first time making.» potato hash and of course«there’s a bacon sale at No Frills» bacon(sans the cooking it yourself of course!). The coffee is dismiss-able. And the pancakes are as unique as the coffee. Maybe I’ve been spoiled by the aforementioned places with their homemade bread, skillet hash and apple smoked thick cut bacon? Maybe asking for homemade gourmet jam, fine brie and gyro for breakfast is just too much. Definitely go check out the hockey store next door but you don’t need to stay for the breakfast.

What a cute little gem! Waz looking for a place to eat while in Niagara. All the other breakfast places were either really expensive and/or had bad food(from reviews). This place really lives up to its hype! The combo was 11 $ but was enough to fill both of us and still had left overs(thought were both not big eaters). It had two huge pancakes, three eggs, deep fried potatoes, fresh bakery bread and your choice of sausage ham or bacon. The pancakes were HUGE. They were the size of 3 regular pancakes. Or another way to put it, the size of two faces per pancake. They were really fluffy and filling. Just one of the pancakes could have filled me up. The fresh bakery bread was also very soft and fluffy. Service was great. Everyone always had a warm smile! Felt like a 80s diner that was basically a hockey shrine! What a great atmosphere to be around! Great service, great people, great food! Will definitely be back next time that I am in Niagara! So much better than any ihop, cara or $ 7 all you can eat breakfast place in Niagara! I didn’t get to try their homemade Iced Tea! Will be back to try it :)

Great breakfast! I would’ve given the restaurant 5 stars if they offered a turkey or chicken breakfast meat. Lisa served us and she was amazingly friendly and informative. You get a nice amount of food for the amount of money you spend. The wait time was great. The homemade bread/toast was good as well. I didn’t taste the bacon but the others in my party all enjoyed it. I would definitely go again.

Looked a bit nondescript pulling up. Once inside I could see it was bustling. People waiting in line for a table. Our friends were already inside with a table secured. Service was super friendly and fast. Breakfast arrived very quickly and was fresh and delicious. They make their own bread here! Yum… Super busy place, really great good. Extra bonus if you are a hockey fan and catch a glimpse or receive a table side visit from Marcel Dionne, owner and former hockey all star. Marcel is a very friendly, open and smart guy. All round great experience.

Read the reviews and was pretty optimistic about this place. They did not disappoint. Breakfast was excellent. Establishment was very clean. Sure the décor may not be everyone’s style, but the excellent, friendly service more than makes up for that. Would recommend to anyone who visits the area. Also would return if I ever find myself back in the area.

Definitely going to be a regular brunch place whenever we are in the Niagara area. Certainly beats the iHop crap they have in the touristy area of Niagara falls. Great food quality, quantity and value! The home fries are delicious and crisp! I had the egger(2 eggs, bacon and cheese on English muffin with home fries) and hubs got an omelet. It’s busy and there was a small line(5 – 10 mins) on a Sunday morning around 11. but service is FAST! We ordered, went to wash our hands and the food arrived by the time we came back! Check it out, you will not be disappointed!

3⁄5 for ambience, 5⁄5 for food. Great portions, excellent quality. Definitely old-school in décor but loved it. I don’t know hockey but this place is a shrine to it, and Marcel Dionne, who owns the place, came by and chatted for a bit. Nice guy. Think hockey and an 80’s throwback diner and you’re set.

Found the place after doing a Unilocal search for breakfast around town as we didn’t want to go to ihop etc. needless to say the place did not disappoint. So much so that we have come back for breakfast today before leaving town. The coffee is fresh and great. The oj is actually fresh squeezed. The 1 chocolate chip pancake was huge. We ordered scrambled eggs and an omelette. The omelette was cooked perfect and the home fries were crispy and fresh. The home made bread was awesome. Prices are extremely decent and competitive. This place should be a must visit for people in town. And the owner is great. Don’t forget to visit the sports memorabilia store next door.

Omg this place is phenomenal! We’re tourists, and so far have been VERY disappointed in the restaurants and food here. So, I turned to Unilocal to find somewhere recommended. Y’all did not disappoint!!! The service and atmosphere make you feel like you’re having breakfast with their family, they were SO kind, the food was homemade(eating my leftover freshly made white bread toast right now lol), the servings were HUGE(pancakes were bigger than the plate!) and they had the best home fries I’ve ever had. Oh… and it cost 1⁄3 of what the IHOP cost for the same type of breakfast. Fabulous!!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. We have a 4week old baby and from the moment we walked in the door, the owner Lisa was so warm and welcoming. She showed us a trick about turning a restaurant high chair upside down to fit our car seat so the car seat wouldn’t have to sit on the floor. Then Lisa thoroughly explained all the special qualities about the food. We ordered pancakes, fish and chips, an omelette and a burger. I almost ordered eggs Benedict but I don’t eat ham and they didn’t have an alternative like salmon or spinach. But Lisa gave me the hollandaise sauce to try with my fries and it really was delicious. The burger was not great according to my father in law but everything else was exceptional. After lunch we needed to change our baby’s diaper and Lisa without hesitation offered us the back room. She was so friendly. There’s no wonder why this family run local hot spot has so many great reviews. This will be our go to place every time we return to Niagara Falls.

Awesome, fresh food and service is incredible! It was our first visit and was great! They are also very considerate of customers with allergies and special food preferences. I recommend making a reservation ahead of time. I usually get the eggs Benedict and its awesome!

We were visiting from Virginia and breakfast is my husbands favorite meal, so we ventured to Blueline based on good Unilocal reviews. Woweee was it worth it! If you are staying right near Niagara Falls you will have to drive or grab a taxi to this place as it is too far to walk. But for a fair priced, large, and delicious breakfast you really should go here! The crispy potatoes were so good and we splurged for fresh squeezed orange juice. Yum yum yum! The staff was really friendly too. Overall I definitely recommend this place and would eat here all the time if I was a local!
