Busy location by the Westminster Centre. big too, lots of seating, especially in the back where it doesn’t appear to be from the front. Patio seating, right by sidewalk. beside Yianni’s Greek. closes 10pm.

Are all Starbucks the same? This is a newer store, with as other reviewers have pointed out an eclectic clientele. It must be the area. The store is average sized, with a good mix of seats, and couches. There is a covered patio outside(essential for Vancouver) and they also have seats in the adjoining mall. Staff were very friendly, and the service was quick. A clean well organized store. Would come back just for the people watching!

I didn’t get a coffee but just bought a $ 20 gift card. Transaction that was painless.

I don’t know why this place has awful reviews; maybe it’s because the last review was in 2012, but no matter, I’m sure the management style has changed since then, because I love it. The staff is über friendly, which makes it a +4 for me here. Then the drinks are made very well. Although, this one time, the barista made a Caramel Macchiato instead of a Hazelnut, so she just put both drizzles into my drink, which made it extra tasty(haha but double the sugar amount, but oh well, who’s counting). This place is always packed too, but I’ve never seen the staff be rude to any of the customers. In fact, they’re always smiling and doing their jobs efficiently well, so I would give this place a +5.

Why am I here? I don’t belong here! Seriously, I need to leave. This is not where I belong. The drinks are bad. The crowd is an odd assortment of characters. The ambiance is terrible. Leave now. Do not pass go. Do not collect $ 200(or a holiday BOGO). Just leave this awful Starbucks, NOW! Liked: Nothing Loved: Leaving Loathed: Everything

The dodgiest Starbucks ever. The ghetto Starbucks. Weird old men who spend their days shuffling around the block alight on its patio enclosure to mingle with bikers and women whose faces seem too old for their years. Not a place I want to hang out at if I can avoid it — yet I keep having to come here because my M-i-L does her shopping in the ‘hood and always wants to meet here for coffee. PS to the overlords of the mighty Starbucks empire: your baked goods neither look good nor taste good. Would it kill you to offer a simple blueberry muffin?

Before my de poofing hair cut I stopped here for a London Fog(made with Skim milk and sugar free vanilla). I am not a fan of Starbucks coffee and although it wasn’t too busy in there the staff weren’t that excited to be there, or at least that was the impression I got. I wouldn’t say that it was horrible there but it’s not the same service I get at Blenz or Waves.
