The store is nice and clean with nice displays. Unfortunately I didn’t find the sale prices to be worth the purchase.
Just experienced the laziest crew at Roots 73 Outlet store other than the probably the youngest member. Two of the sales clerks refused to help find sizes saying all sizes are in the floor. Even got some attitude from the gal, as she rolled her eyes when she was asked to check by the manager. Wow, so much for customer service from two grown ups and not students! Doubt I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon.

If you’re a fan of the Roots Canada store, you may be a little disapoointed in Roots 73. They have clothes made just for their outlet, and even has the Roots 73 logo on them. The material is thinner than the Roots retail, but it is cheaper.
They do carry some retail items like their leather goods, and maybe some jackets and hoodies, but overall I couldn’t find anything to buy… and I really wanted to buy something!
May not be worth the drive from the City, unless you want to check out the 73 just so you can say you did.

This place is awesome. This Roots outlet is located in an outlet mall on the end of town. It’s a bit hard to get to, but worth the trip out.
Lots of different product, but like most outlets, always with the odd sizes, last season’s stock, but some good finds.

i never leave canada without buying something from roots. one of my favorite clothing stores. i ended up here towards the end of my trip after i had spent a ton at the downtown roots locations. i brought extra duffel bags since i always spend too much at roots. i wish i had gone here in the first place. as i found hoodies and sweaters for half off (!). roots clothing has lasted me for years and years. you should see one of my closets. it has nothing but roots hoodies from the last ten years!

I rue the day that I found that the Roots warehouse outlet is three minutes from my work.
It is HUGE and the stock is certainly full selection. I LOVE shopping here. Haven’t been in a bit because it is too tempting to WAY over indulge because the prices are so great.
Number one thing: A ROOTS backpack is the ONLY thing that can make it a full year of Grade 2. Just so ya know.
