This is a store in very poor state.
Hey get a 0⁄10 from me in terms of customer service. Very few helpful and knowledgeable employees.
Went to check out and there were no cashiers present. Had to put my items down and leave without them.
Hugely frustrating that they muck about between future shop and best buy.
What a waste of time and money… We have a huge best but building here in nanaimo sitting unused… So we are left with wandering his former future shop with employees with no knowledge or the desire to Help a client.
This business will not last
Do not purchase here, as I imagine they will not be around for more than a year.
Hugely disappointing.
I can’t sum it up better than that.
