This is one of the best places to have your bike maintained. The owner of CMC023 was the head mechanic at Cycles Regis in Outremont for years until he decided to go out on his own and open his shop.
Let me start by saying that I’m a sponsored rider and I have access to near unlimited resources for next to no cost at my disposal and I still choose to pay Kim to tune up my bike.
Kim will always give you a fair price and the highest quality work. I’ve brought him all my bikes and I don’t think he’s ever done something to my bikes that didn’t absolutely need to be done. He also give me alternatives to name brand parts that work just as well and last just as long.
The only thing I will say is don’t get scared off by the looks of his shop, Kim will fix any bike that is brought to him, so you might see piles of old, broken down mountain bikes stacked from floor to ceiling. Waiting to be picked up by his hipster clients but don’t let that scare you off, his work is impeccable.
I trust Kim with me race bike, my TT bike and my long distance cruiser not to mention my fixie. I trust him with all my bikes and you should as well.
