A little bit snooty, but once they realized I knew what I was talking about in regards to watches, they were more than helpful. Once I had tried about 20 watches and made my choice, I asked for «the best deal» and stated that I wasn’t into haggling. Richard then came up with a very reasonable price on a 15 000 plus watch-​about the same as many US discount websites. And they really are certified dealers with warranties for top end watches such as Rolex, Jaeger and Vacheron. I was more than happy to buy from a brick and mortar shop rather than a website where I would have to wire the money.
