Big improvement! They have now a person (someone call Mr. Richer) that calls you to inform that they will be at least over 1 hour late and will send someone to take your statement. Say what?
Noise is a major problem, been for a long time. I mentioned to Mr Richer that I did not need or wanted the visit of the police to my place but instead just go to that new store at 1359 Ste-​Catherine east and deal with it. Apparently, it was not the answer HE was expecting and I’m the one being yelled at. These are the ones that are paid with MY taxes. I wish I could have recorded that 5:27 pm conversation. He was right, 1.5 hours later and no one will show up.
