The plaza St-Hubert is infamous for its profusion of rhinestone-studded and sequinned bridal wear, but there are some«normal» shops as well, including this Addition-Elle branch. It’s halfway between métro Jean-Talon and métro Beaubien, so it’s transit-accessible plus, bonus, not in a shopping mall. As someone just on the border between regular and plus sizes, I appreciate having easy access to this store. Also, plus-size tops are great for pregnancy as they’re often long enough to cover the«bump» plus the oh-so-flattering wide stretchy band that holds up your maternity pants. I also appreciate the good selection of workout clothing and even snowpants. For me, the best part of this location is the entrepôt in the basement, where unsold clothing goes to be deeply discounted. I usually start there to see if I can find what I’m looking for, then move upstairs to the regular-priced store to complete my shopping list.
