I get my nails done at least once a month for a refill of bio gel. I am warning you ladies right now, do not waste your time in this salon. The women are rude as hell, the prices are way out of whack and the quality is shoddy at best. I requested she do powder, not bio gel because I had a bad experience last time I did it. She disregarded what I said and continued to use it on my hands, so that when I stopped her and said I didn’t want it, she became hostile! Then, when I said to her there’s no need to act that way to me, she packs up her things and walks away. Not to mention, the woman working on my coworker spent the entire time trying to pressure her into doing shellac after she said 10 times she didn’t want it. Once again, don’t waste your time with this rude, overpriced salon. Drive the few extra km and go to somewhere with a better rating.

I gave this place 2 chances. I will not be going back for a 3rd. The first time I had a mani pedi done. I ended up with an infection under my toe nail from the pedi, and the entire time I was trying to get my mani done, the lady was insulting my skin and just trying to sell me a facial and products. I eventually just told her to stop talking, let;s just get this manicure done. For whatever reason I gave them a second chance and went and got my eyebrows waxed. This was the worst waxing I’ve ever had done. She declared that she was done and left the room. When I looked in the mirror I looked like I had 4 eyebrows. I went out and got her and asked her to please fix them(as best as possible). She then cut them so short I had tiny hairs sticking up all along my brow line. I don;t think they have any idea what they are doing here, and I will never go back, and don;t recommend you do either!

I have been coming here for the past 15 Years and refuse to go anywhere else. Staff is friendly, prices are great and services are excellent. I recommend it to all my friends.

Contrary to the other reviews, I had a wonderful experience and have had each time. They have expanded greatly and renovated the entire premises. There are at least 8 massaging chairs now, I forgot to count and 8 nail stations for manicures. They have also added a variety of massage services to the offerings. I had no problem communicating what I wanted at all. The service I got was exceptional for both the pedicure and manicure. Nothing was rushed, all coats were done correctly, ample drying time was given and the finished nails are all beautiful. Y. W. ETOBICOKE, ONTARIO

Awful. Don’t put enough coats on and I could do a better job at home with my own OPI polish. They also try and force services on you which is just not okay in my book. A polish change costs $ 5, which is not bad, but still not worth it for the quality here. I got a french polish since I have strong natural nails that I can grow out. First, She filed them so that the lengths of each nail were different. Second, she shaped them into a very odd-looking, clumsy squoval shape and was unhappy when I asked her to change it. On top of that, the french tip was unacceptable. If she didn’t draw it right, she would go over it again, slowly covering more and more of the pink part of my nail until it was literally 50⁄50 pink/white. Also, she shook the bottle before starting and there were BUBBLES on my nails at the end. I’m a stickler for nails and this was just awful.

You would think with all the competition a little place like this in a dinky strip mall would compete with better. something? Nope. 4 pedi chairs Over priced Not bad if you want to create your own designs and can relay that in Cantonese or Korean. They do almost everything freehand and force you to have a flower painted on your toe. Even if you make a puke face to act out your hate for flowers painted on toes. It’s just not me. I asked for a Burberry pattern and she was confused. Even more confused when I asked for the design on only the middle finger. Not cool when they give you the«she’s an odd one» look and starts talking to all her little friends without missing a beat of her work. Ughh, I can’t stand that! I waved at her a few times to get her to stop insulting me by talking in her native tongue.Nope. No deal. I get it. I’m weird. now please get over it. Albeit all the free hand painting is extremely impressive. They weren’t busy, which was the only reason I came here. To treat my little sister to her first pedicure. To my horror, she was ecstatic about the flower on toe offer. –_– oye xoxo M.
