I have been to many spas and this place should not claim to be one. The massage that I had was horrible. The room was freezing and there was no heating blanket, which in over twenty years of going to spas and massage therapists, is a first for me. The massage oil is a cheap brand. The facial was not explained at all. I have no idea what was used on my face. Patty is rude and abrupt and I highly doubt she is a massage therapist. The washroom is disgustingly old. The walls are thin and you can hear all the banging from the meat shop next door. I was really disappointed as I chose this place due to the great reviews. I would suggest only going there for nails as they do a good job on them, although it is no different than the million other nail places out there. Other than that, if you are looking for a real spa, this is not the place to go.

Best place for waxing I’ve ever been to. They really know what they’re doing. Prices are average, but sometimes they have good promos online or on Facebook.

I’ve only given 1 star because you have to select something. After going to probably 95% of the salon and spas in the GTA I know exactly what I like and don’t like in a salon and/​or spa. I do LOTS of asking around, Unilocal reviewing and google review reading. I am super excite to try this place out because it doesn’t have one bad review — I doubt the owners have time to have bad ones removed plus I know Unilocal doesn’t allow of it. Hope it’s as great as the reviews state!

As the 5 star rating indicates, this is as good as it gets (with spas)! I actually found this place on a whim when my regular spa was closed on a Monday — so glad I did.
I am a repeat client for waxing, and I have to say Eleen does an outstanding job! Not only is she extremely professional, she also has great technique and is focused on your comfort throughout the entire process. I have been to many other spas in the past and none have even come close to the stellar treatment I’ve received here.
Also important to note, this spa abstains from double dipping with their wax pots! I thought this was virtually unheard of in the waxing world! It’s great to know they aren’t «cutting corners» and are looking out for their clients health.
Overall, excellent spa. I have yet to try any of their other services, though the entire layout of the spa is superb and everything appears to be sterile and orderly. Highly recommend.

Went to Havens spa today for a Brazilian and a facial. Patty was amazing! Brazilian waxes are never pleasant but her technique got the job done well and with minimal pain. The facial was relaxing and wonderful and there was no pressure afterwards to purchase any products. This salon is a hidden gem in Mississauga — I will be coming back!

This is my go to spa for a relaxing hot stone massage. I was introduced to this establishment by a family member and have enjoyed both visits. Natalie ensures client’s experiences are pleasurable and comfortable and massages away all of your tension. The spa is clean and quiet and vibrant.

Excellent experience! I went for a brazilian and full leg wax the other day and for a first-​timer, my visit was as pleasant as it could be. Affordable, very clean, good ambience, and sanitary waxing practices. Eleen was very patient.

Just came back from my visit at Haven Spa and this visit definitely exceeded my last. Eileen did my shellac manicure and regular pedicure. She did a great job. She really took her time and listened to what I wanted to achieve with the polish design. She was happy and pleasant to speak with and seemed like she really cared about her clients and enjoys working here. Although the spa is quite small, it can accommodate a few people for a quiet and intimate spa getaway. Since my last visit, they have added a few new touches — I especially like the sign on the massage doors to let other clients and the staff know there is a massage in session. Because the spa is small, I do find the noise can travel quite a bit. Nicki at the front desk was pleasant and the spa owner, Femie is also very kind and really takes the time to understand the clients needs and their suggested recommendations. Overall, my 2^nd visit with this spa has been a much better experience. I am looking forward to returning with my mom for a facial from Eileen in a few weeks. Thanks!

Was here this morning for a wax and eyebrow shaping, AMAZING JOB!!! I was so pleased with the woman who did it. (Didn’t get her name) … And the place was very cozy and very clean. This is definitely my go to place now!

4.5* Natalie is my girl, she just doesn’t know it yet. Came in with a Groupon for a 60 min hot stone massage. It was my first time getting a hot stone massage as opposed to a deep tissue and boy, was I nervous. I’m super ticklish, easily bruise, and have had really painful experiences in the past. Though the place can use a makeover, service was beyond. Natalie took the time on me, explained the process and continuously made sure I was comfortable. The entire process though was an hour long, flew by me. I passed out a few times too and lost my contact lens in the process lol score? Ya, I’m looking forward to our second sesh. Highly recommended Natalie, she can work it.
