In Square One there is a Guess Accessories. We went to buy two purses, but one had to be ordered online by the sales rep. They asked for all our information and then said that the order didn’t go through because the system was down. So instead we bought two purses that were in stock. Then a week later the bag arrived at our home. We went back to explain that they said the order didn’t go through and we wanted a refund, Alicia the manager would not accept the receipt that was in the box with the purse. Instead she wanted a bank statement proving that we were charged. The original sales rep girl was there and tried to explain to Alicia that what we were saying was true. They were very rude about it. It took one week for our VISA to show this purchase. When we went back with our bank statement, another manager was shocked that some one asked us to show such personal information. She then gave us a refund according to the receipt that the Alicia refused.

Amazing brand, but overprice for clothing that are applicable for work environment. The sales are very small discounts and items that does not sell are for clearance. But I’m not here to judge the brand, I’m here to judge the store. The Store is neat and ample amount of displays. However, they can use a little bit more choices of men clothing. And clothing that can be worn for work. The staff are top notch and were able to help me from my issues from previous purchases. If guess Canada lowers their prices I may consider to step back in to their store. Until then, I may not shop at another guess store again.
