Fortelli Salon and Spa Mississauga

The salon I would give 2.5 stars and the spa 4 stars. OVERALL: 3.5 stars.
SALON: I had one visit in this salon and it did not leave me with a good experience. I wanted ombré style hair and what I have received was far from ombré (you could see the ombré effect slightly). Plus during combing my hair, the hairstylist just called an assistant to do my hair instead, and the hairstylist went to do someone’s haircut. Everything would be fine about that, but unfortunately the assistant was hurting my hair so much. I ended up with 3 hairstylists combing my hair for about 30 – 40 minutes…
The cut itself was okey, but the hairstylist did not do exactly what I asked for. After spending 4 – 5 hours in the salon I was too tired to even ask for corrections. I paid 140 $ for an okey haircut and ombré that I did not really get.
The salon looks really nice though, and it has a pleasant atmosphere. It is always clean and professional in here. The customer service is friendly, but I do not recommend making an appointment via e-​mail, unless you want to wait few extra days for a reply.
SPA: I visited this spa twice. The décor and atmosphere is nice, it makes you feel very luxurious. The spa ladies are really nice and professional. My first visit was great, but the second one a bit worse in quality. Both times I came for facial, which has a pretty average price. The only thing I did not like, is that every time they try to sell you their products very roughly.
I do not think I will ever come back here for a haircut, but I will probably return one day to a spa.
