This place has a lot of great things about it. They have a state of the art Muay Thai program, a RMNU style BJJ program, and a Boxing Ontario sanctioned Boxing program. They have both kids classes and adults classes all levels available. They are Kumurawear sponsored. Their Muay Thai fighters have a lot of championships and some are pro fighters. Kru Gerald, Professor Toma and Boxing coaches Raf and Armando are elites in their fields. Happy to be trained by the best in the game! Not to mention the Boxing shows they put on, great evening of fun. Keep your eye out for them.

Great group of guys run this place. Great place to work out with adequate machines and lots if room to do circuit type of workouts. They have a full size boxing ring, wrestling mats, tires, battle rope and loads of different types of punching bags. They also hold many kinds of martial arts classes that are taught by some great guys.
