Our family had come into the store to purchase a new fridge stove and dishwasher… the prices were good and we had spent just over $ 4500. We were given a 7 – 10 delivery time date because only the stove wasn’t in stock… when i had called 3 days before they were suppose to deliver they told me that the stove still wasn’t in… i called back the following day they still said no stove and it wasn’t scheduled to come in for at least another week… extremely upset I asked for the manager, after waiting for almost 25 min on hold he finally picked up and I told him its5been 2 weeks now and I have no appliances at home when was what I ordered coming in… all of a sudden I het a story on how my stove was delivered to the store but it was damaged and could not get anything until the following Thursday. .I said that was unacceptable and that i wanted my stuff on the delivery date that they originally promised me and to just give me the stove they had which was about $ 200 more for the price I had already paid. or i would cancel my order… they threatened me with a 25% restocking fee… I just laughed and said«the fridge and dishwasher were in stock already since the day we purchased everything and how are you going to charge me with a restock fee if it isn’t even in stock??» All of a sudden he says he’ll call the factory to try and get a rush delivery… so I said fine, but if he can’t get it I’m taking the more expensive stove and not paying the difference. He called me back 10 min later to say that they were making a rush delivery just for me and I’ll get my stuff on the agreed original delivery date.hmmmmm. All was good stuff was delivered the delivery company sucks. they damaged my walls which were just painted a few days earlier and now say that they’re not responsible… decent service but watch out their delivery people… Roy Delivery

Terrible service. Inpatient sales people. Not sure if they are working there on their own. Or they have been forced. Minimal effort to make a sale. No care attitude. Which made me question how they would act in after sale service.

DONOTORDERANYTHINGFROMTHISPLACE. I wish I had read these reviews before hand. I ordered a washer/dryer and a microwave a month before I needed them. The week before the agreed delivery I haven’t heard from them. I call and I find out that they don’t have it. Their response: I guess you are going to have to wait. They are great selling and getting your credit card information, but they have horrible customer service. The rep hang up on me many times and so far, I don’t have my deposit back. I will have to dispute the payment with my credit card. What a waste of my time. Now I’m moving and don’t know when I’ll have a washer/dryer.

We got pricing over the phone from Brian for a black stainless steel fridge. When I went the next day to finalize the sale I was told the prices went up overnight. When I questioned that prices don’t arbitrarily go up overnight then he instead said he quoted for the black finish not black stainless. Bait and switch method — so shady! So shady! Go somewhere else.
