I had a horrible experience here. I bought a pair of pants which ripped at the seam after 1 wear (not even a whole day). I brought them back to the store the next day and the owner would not even let me tell her to why I was bringing them back. She saw that I had one of her products in hand and just shoed me out, saying, that «we’re not one of those ‘Canadian’ stores we don’t do things like that.»
I tried to speak to her reasonably, I did not expect a refund, but maybe an exchange or at least an apology. The pants were not particularly cheap, but even if they were, I don’t think it’s reasonable for new clothing to rip after a few hours of wear.
On a separate occasion, I bought a pair of ankle boots from the kiosk in the mall which I found out was owned by the same owner and the ENTIRE heel fell off after approximately 3 wears. When I took it back, it was the same story, the employees there were very nice and tried to help by calling the owner but she would not even listen to her.

This is my favorite place to shop out of all the Asian malls in Markham. They have a lot of trendy clothing at a much reasonable price compared to the other boutiques in Pacific Mall. My daughter bought this one dress that was $ 50-​$ 60 less than Pacific Mall! Service is very friendly and they aren’t pushy! We went back one more time to buy a pair of shoes!
