I don’t think I would like to visit this place again based on the conversation we had with the owner.
We simply walked in and asked if he fixes watches. The owner didn’t give us any eye contact until seconds later, and (still without looking at us), mocked, «can’t you see this sign here that says «Watch Repair»? Fine. We made a terrible mistake by not reading the signs he posted. We asked whether he fixes a certain kind of watch, and how much… etc., to which he replied, «I can only answer questions when I see your watch». Fair enough, but there is no need to talk to us in a condescending, dismissive tone the whole time. Poor customer service.
