Great massage, can’t really comment on any other service. I got 2 there so far. I can’t say it was as bad as Hasna’s but where I can agree was that it was busy during my first massage and Lilly, my masseuse, just left the room to help out. She didn’t excuse herself nut she did close the door behind her and made up for the time lost. She was very knowledgeable with how to treat my pain and how everything flowed. She was very conscientious of pressure points and what my body could tolerate. Her draping was amazing, nice and tight. I never felt uncomfortable and it was a very nice touch that there was a heating blanket on the table, so you were always nice and cozy. After my massage there was always a bottle of Perrier or wster waiting for me. The place is very neat and tidy with a nice wet bar and gum/​mints if need be. And the RMT receipt was already out for me as I paid afterwards. All in all a great experience and I would definitely go again

Worst service ever! I was getting my underarm and eyebrows waxed when some guy walked in. The lady that was waxing me walked out of the room to speak to that customer without excusing herself. Then she leaves the door open as she is speaking with this man! He peeks in and of course I’m exposed! Wtf?!? What kind of business are you running anyway? When she was done, I check my eyebrows and scream Wtf!!! My eyebrows look outrageously uneven, I was horrified! I paid 20 $ for underarm and eyebrow wax and it was the worst 20 $ spent… Then to top it all off I get home, take off my shirt only to find the wax strip she used on my eyebrows stuck on my arm. WTF!!!
